Nicole Pisani is a chef who has worked at Yotam Ottolenghi’s restaurant NOPI and Anna Hansen’s The Modern Pantry in London. Before that she ran a family restaurant in Malta, where people still stop her in the street to tell her how much they miss her cooking.
